Our Impact in 2025

2025 was a busy year for our advisers. Demand for free, independent debt and money advice continued to grow, and the figures below show the impact of practical, compassionate support for people facing financial pressure.

In 2025, demand for our free, independent advice continued to grow. Over the year, we supported 117 new clients, providing debt advice, benefits advice, and budgeting support. This represents an 8% increase on 2024.

During 2025, 27 clients became completely debt free, with £492,000 written off following insolvency solutions. For many, this marked a significant turning point after long periods of financial stress.

This brings our total to 944 clients supported, with £11.2 million of debt cleared or on the way to being resolved. These outcomes reflect sustained, practical support for people facing financial pressure.

Alongside debt advice, we helped clients increase their household income. In total, clients secured £2,800 per week in additional ongoing benefits, plus £40,900 in backdated awards.

This work is delivered by a dedicated team of seven trained advisers, supported by our admin staff and trustees. Together, twelve people work to ensure clients receive clear, calm, and practical advice.

Looking ahead, 2026 is already underway, with ten new clients supported so far. We are ready to help many more people who may be struggling.
